Control Features
We look at every image
to ensure that the quality of scan is superior every time.
Poor original images are rescanned a minimum of three times
at different settings. Post scanning, sample images are again
reviewed to make certain they are clearly readable.
We automatically scan both sides of each document but set
a very low threshold for electronic blank page removal.
For litigation purposes every image is saved and we routinely
select
files to perform document-to-image counts for 100% accuracy
assurance.
