Cloud Hosting (SaaS)
PDFLive is a cloud hosting model in which software is hosted online for a low ‘pay-as-you-go’ cost.
Following scanning, your documents are securely uploaded to this repository and can be searched for using simple terms such as work-order number, invoice number or name.
Intelligent OCR processing of scanned images to enable full text search can also be carried out and searched on. All files are scanned to PDFa standard in compliance BIP 0008-2:2008 regulations.
PDFLive is tailored to your specific requirements so if your needs are straight forward and you just want to access and distribute your work orders; review your purchase invoices or access your HR Leavers files for example then we keep it simple and only utilise the module you need.
You only pay for what you use and need.
Why Cloud Hosting
PDFLive not only gives you the tools to manage all your business records, but due to its web based structure has no capital costs and requires no additional hardware thereby saving you money and giving you control over your budgets.
Access can be from any PC or hand-held device with the correct login credentials 24 hours per day 365 days a year.
