Secure Shredding

At Mitech Systems we care about your records from the moment they reach us.

Even after your records have exceeded their retention period, we seek to maintain their integrity and security by providing a secure destruction service, both as a stand-alone service and as part of an integrated document management process.

The Process

Once your records have been shredded and pulped, we then recycle the resulting material, adding an important element of corporate social responsibility by helping to preserve our environment.

Existing Customers

If you already scan or store with us, a representative will be in touch one your box has reached its expiry date or once it has been scanned and you have received the digitised version of your information.

Once you have given us permission to dispose of it, this will be done on your behalf.

A certificate of destruction will be issued post-process, in compliance with The Data Protection Act 1998.

Standalone Secure Destruction Service

Unique Tamper Evident Sacks

Mitech’s unique barcoded tamper evident paper bags protect your documents as soon as you seal them.

They come with an adhesive tamper-evident lip thats ecures the bag preventing access.

Once sealed these 100% recycled sacks are shredded along with your documents.

Our block bottom paper shredding bags are made out of strong single-ply coated white paper.

This makes them ideal for the collection of paper docuemtns from hospitals, banks, offices etc as there is no chance of sensitive or confidential docuemtns getting lost in the process.

It also means there is zero waste!

Strong & Durable Polypropylene Sacks

We provide woven polypropylene sacks which are made from a tough, tear resistant material.

These are ideally suited where documents are still in their original bindings, i.e. paper folders, plastic wallets or lever arch files.

Each polypropylene destruction sack is supplied complete with barcoded security tags to ensure a tightly controlled, documented process and an auditable chain of custody.

Post-process, these bags are also recycled, helping to work towards our goal of carbon neutrality.
